Creation has a rhythm...
The sun rises + it sets
The tides advance + recede
We inhale + exhale
We sleep + we wake
We are wired for rhythm
sacred spaces
designed for connection
Christ called his disciples to come away with Him for a time of rest.
He calls us to do the same.
whole person Healing Awaits you
Morning rhythm
As the sun rises, our lungs fill with air + our minds turn back on, as another day awaits us.
Giving God the first fruits of our day is a way to honor Him + show gratitude for the gift of life.
We encourage slow mornings, connecting alone with God first, your spouse + children next (if you have them), and then we welcome you to join in a time of fellowship in the community space, where we will break bread together to begin our day.
(children will be cared for from 11:00am- 4:00pm)
9:30am- 11:00am Breakfast + Fellowship
Daily Discussion/ Teaching
11:00am- 12:00pm Personal Time/ Treatments/ Rest
Should you be an early-riser and get up with the sun, breakfast will be waiting for you in the community space.
Afternoon rhythm
Each afternoon will look a little different, from contemplative meditation + journaling, to finding a good spot to rest + ponder, this time will be for creating intentional space to invite God in and let Him speak to the stillness of your soul.
There will be plenty of room to wander.
We will gently forget the notion of hurry and embrace being grateful for space in our day and room to process.
We will gather to eat together, and in the late afternoon there will be a session on movement, nutrition, or spiritual disciplines.
Each teaching will be unique, engaging, and very practical.
There will also be time for dedicated prayer with a trustworthy leader or friend.

Evening rhythm
Winding down the day together over a nutrient-dense + delicious meal, either under the stars or at a candlelit table set for friends, we will again break bread and celebrate the day's victories.
This is a time to begin to process aloud what God has stirred in your soul, a safe space to share the highs + lows of the day and encourage one another through intentional conversation.
After our meal, the children will have a special time together as the adults gather for quiet and reflective prayer + worship before being reunited with their families for sacred family or personal time.
We love a good fire, so expect a few of those during your stay.
Rest is essential and we encourage a minimum of eight hours of sleep each night
(so you do the math and figure out a good bedtime routine).
